Then there's the Fresh Loaf



I do not have a "page", but just want to give a hint for helping bread to rise. Those who have microwaves--boil 4c container of water in micro. put in corner and put your covered bread in to rise. This is

  1. a draft free place
  2. a warm place in spite of house temperature.
Use it for both risings. The moistness of micro is good for the bread too. Put this on your site. it is what I do when I do regular bread baking.

Friends have done this and really like it. Good Luck
