This recipe yields 1.5 pound loaf. I make it with a Breadman TR900S bread machine, Course 1, MEDIUM crust. This recipe is for a very, very sweet white bread--delicious! ADD ingredients to the bread machine in this order.

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 cup water (80F/27C)
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 tablespoons evaporated milk
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons (1 pckg.) active dry yeast
